Staff accommodation at Kangaroobie is in six en-suited rooms, with four beds in each.

Four of the rooms are in what we call ‘The Olympic Village’ (or Hotel Tatiana – does anybody still remember that pole vaulter?) – a building that was used during the Sydney Olympics and we had transported to Kangaroobie.

The Olympic Village has air-conditioning and heating as well as a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities.

Sven and Inga the Swedish massage specialists are in residence on Tuesdays and Thursdays … or possibly just Matt with a dodgy accent!

A couple of couches and lounge chairs make this building a great place to relax at the end of a long day.

Just a quick email to say thank you to you and all your staff for the camp.  The kids had a wonderful time and haven’t stopped talking about all the things they did to those that stayed behind – some students today have been telling me that after hearing the stories they now wish they had of come on camp! I think that this is the best feedback!

So, thank you very very much staff and students all had a wonderful time.  Please let me know what dates you have available in Term One & Two next year – we would love to re-book!

Thanks!

Lauren Swanson, Year 8 Leader
